We want to work with an ambitious, collaborative and visionary disabled, d/Deaf or Neurodivergent artist who wants to be at the forefront of developing Vital Xposure’s artistic vision.

For over ten years, we have been creating and touring work informed by stories from hidden voices. We’re transforming and growing and, with a programme of examination, experimentation and exploration, we are celebrating intersectionality and investigating theatre making from a disability perspective.

Whilst we are based in London, we have national reach. We make new work, explore and develop creative access, engage with wide ranging audiences and participants and, support the pathways for artists’ creative development.

This is a vital role with Vital Xposure.
